The Airline Preparation Course by PilotUs Pilot Training Academy is designed to prepare aspiring commercial pilots for airline selection, assessment, and interview processes conducted by leading airlines in India and abroad.

This program bridges the gap between CPL/ATPL training and airline cockpit readiness, focusing on operational knowledge, decision-making, communication, and psychometric performance - essential to succeed in any airline’s recruitment process.

ATPL Training Pathway

1. Written & Aptitude Preparation

General, technical, and analytical aptitude training (Oxford Gen Nav, Instruments, Rad Nav, Performance, Powerplant{Piston and Jet Engine}, Principles of Flight, Meteorology, Latest CARs)
Practice sessions modeled on real airline written test formats
CASS (Computerized Pilot Aptitude Screening System) familiarization — multitasking, coordination, and psychometric test practice

2. Technical Interview Preparation

Questions based on aircraft systems, meteorology, navigation, performance, and air regulations
Understanding human factors, situational awareness, and decision-making
Mock HR and technical interviews with instructor feedback

3. Group Discussion & Personal Interview Skills

Communication enhancement and situational leadership
Team interaction exercises and group dynamics
Grooming, confidence building, and interview etiquette

4. Simulator Orientation (Procedural)
